The Parliament of Victoria recently passed significant and widespread reforms to renting laws for both landlords and renters. Adam maintains a thorough working knowledge of these new laws with demonstrated skills in effective dispute resolution and the ability to escalate to and present at VCAT when needed. He is always keeping up to date with the ever-changing real estate landscape so that he can provide the best possible service to both landlords and renters.
