Alex Ververis

Alex Ververis has lived and worked in around the inner west for over 10 years and recently decided to make a career switch from hospitality to real estate. He’s owned and operated small businesses in the past, also helping establish other local businesses in the hospitality sector. His customer service skills and experience gained by working in hospitality are now proving invaluable in his role as Leasing Manager with Belle Property Annandale.

Alex is passionate about real estate and has been invested in property for over 20 years. He has managed property himself and rented at various times, too, and describes his relationship with property as a very positive one and wants to provide the same experience to others. He enjoys engaging with people and ensures inspections are well organised and perfectly presented for viewing, whilst working together with the property management team to achieve a successful outcome for property owners and tenants.
