As the son of our CEO, Alfie engaged in the property industry from an early age, allowing him to gain invaluable insights and a strong understanding of what it takes to be a great agent. Beginning his professional journey in high school with a role at a large supermarket, Alfie's work ethic ensured he quickly advanced to a supervisory position and displayed a level of dedication and ambition that set the stage for his future career.

Transitioning into real estate, Alfie knew he was destined for sales, however, the wise decision was made to gain even deeper knowledge of all aspects of real estate, so Alfie spent a few years in the departments of reception, accommodation and operations, before managing the desk at our Phillip Island sales office, working closely with the sales team and honing his knowledge of the sales process.

As a sales agent, Alfie's broad real estate knowledge, dedication, and friendly personality, combined with his extensive exposure to the industry, ensure clients are achieving exceptional results and having a positive experience throughout their property journey.

Outside of work, Alfie continues to demonstrate his strong work ethic by working nights at a local hospitality venue. On the odd occasion he is not working, he enjoys family time, relaxing at home with his pets, playing guitar, and cooking.
