Director/Agency Principal, Allister Millican, has really hit the ground running after a very long and established career across, sales, sales and executive leadership across Australia's marquee corporations; he started the successful team at Ray White Maleny (HSL), because of his passion for real estate, and his local community.

A warm, friendly communicator, Allister strongly believes in the relationship-building process that is the foundation for a long-term career in real estate. As a large rural property owner, with a passion for farming, as well as property development, Allister has a wealth of experience and knowledge at his disposal.

Highly motivated and goal-oriented Allister has quickly established himself in a new agency, that combined, has the brightest of futures ahead. He consistently secures exceptional outcomes for his clients, and nothing is ever too much trouble for him…he regularly goes above and beyond to achieve the optimum result.

Like the entire team at Ray White Maleny (HSL), Allister undergoes regular in-house and external training to enhance and improve his knowledge and skills; and to ensure he is kept up to date with the ever-evolving advances in technology, in addition to changes to industry legislation. When not working Allister enjoys spending time with his family, his old LandCruiser, agricultural pursuits, property developments - all of which keep him fit, active, and busy.
