About Andrew Dunn

Andrew has in excess of 25 years' experience in the finance and property industries.

His career commenced in Banking and Finance in the early 1980’s, with the Bank of New South Wales, this period including the rapid growth in the property industry and the collapse/recession later in the decade.

The late 80’s and most of the 90’s he spent in the insolvency sector managing many distressed and incomplete property assets, dealing with environmental and government departments.

In 2000 Andrew started his own business on Sydneys North Shore providing finance solutions for developers, businesses and home owners, the business employed in excess of 15 people when Andrew sold his shares to a local accounting firm. In this time Andrew also worked with high profile clients to purchase a waterfront development site in Clontarf, syndicate investors and deliver 3 outstanding waterfront houses on a landmark site.

Having lived on the coast for over 20 years his first local employment was as the Senior Business Banker for NAB at its Erina business banking centre, where he managed a portfolio which included the majority of NAB’s largest central coast business cliients.
