Andrew is one of Queensland’s leading agents in the sale of Childcare, Fast Food, Fuel and Convenience-Based Retail investments.

Over 2021-22, Andrew sold $300 million of commercial property, adding to his extensive track record in the sale of non-discretionary retail and essential service style tenanted investments.

Prior to joining Burgess Rawson as a Partner, Andrew spent six years working at JLL specialising in retail investments. During that time, Andrew successfully transacted a range of investments on behalf of institutional and private clients demonstrating the breadth of his experience with properties ranging from $1 million to $40 million.
