Andrew Lia

A Penrith local with an optimistic outlook on life, is a fitting description for our Andrew. In his early days, Andrew commenced his working career as an apprentice within the panel beating industry. Becoming a fully qualified “Tradie”, he spent several years perfecting his art before taking off overseas. Travelling through Europe, Andrew gained a wealth of life experience and returned home with the motivation and determination to commence his own successful business. Whilst business was good, Andrew had a long desire to somehow join the real estate industry. After a few years, he took the “plunge” and sold his business to start from scratch in the unfamiliar territory of real estate. From day one, Andrew was a natural fit for the Jim Aitken + Partners family. He approached his real estate career with the ambition of building lasting relationships based on trust, confidence, and integrity. The same ethics our company was founded upon. Now, years on, Andrew’s positive attitude has fostered a wonderful reputation and has also gained him respect and trust amongst his peers. His friendly and welcoming personality instills a level of empathy in both business relationships and transactions. Andrew and his wife Sussan live in the local community with their two children and are presently renovating their first property together.
