Angus commenced his real estate career in 2000, becoming the fourth generation in his family to choose real estate as a profession. His passion for property all started growing up in a real estate centric family, where he fondly remembers many lively real estate discussions over the dinner table. He initially joined a Mosman franchise group whilst completing qualifications in Business and Management.
In 2002 he joined the family agency, focusing solely on the Northern Beaches. He quickly became a market specialist and award-winning sales performer, achieving premium prices that very often eclipsed market expectations.
Angus has built his reputation on consistently achieving results within the top 5% of agents locally and usually holds between 20-30% market share at any one time. He maintains a high strike rate in off market transactions across the Northern Beaches and has developed a significant personal database.
As a market leader with over 20 years’ experience, Angus is known for his innovative sales ideas and trusted approach. He prides himself on being able to quickly build rapport and influence the outcome of a sale, standing by a ‘maximise results’ philosophy. His professionalism and emphasis on results for his clients also earns him a high level of repeat and referral business where upon providing a superior customer experience is paramount.
He specialises in all stages of the customer journey, sales negotiations and sales strategy, off market transactions, prestige property sales, development site identification and new projects.
A passionate Northern Beaches local, Angus is an active community member. He is known for his authentic style and enjoys relating with his clients to help them realise their property dreams. He can often be found catching an early morning wave or participating with local sporting clubs through his interests in surfing, golf, charity and junior sports. With a young family of his own, he has deep ties to the community and believes that family matters the most.
