Becca Philpott

Rebecca has been exposed to the Commercial Real Estate Industry for as long as she can remember. The Philpott family has owned units, houses, motels, and development sites. They have also completed strata title developments.

Rebecca joined Tourism Brokers as an Administrative Assistant in January 2018 and transitioned to MR Sales as a Sales Administrator in the middle of 2020. Taking the next step, she now joins the MR Sales Broker Team as a Management Rights and Resort Listing Agent.

Having previously worked in the Fashion Industry, Rebecca has a demonstrated history as a creative thinker. Working with a plethora of international brands across a multitude of disciplines in conjunction with wholesale suppliers and her own Freelance business. She graduated The Fashion Institute with a Diploma of Business in 2016 and Whitehouse Institute of Design with a Bachelor of Design in 2018. On both occasions she was awarded the opportunity represent her alumni in New York City, and Tokyo.

Originally from Sydney, Rebecca now divides her time between South-East Queensland and Greater Sydney. Since moving to the Gold Coast, she commenced and will soon complete a Bachelor of Business majoring in Real Estate & Property Development. During this experience she was nominated President of the Griffith University Outdoor Adventure Club and has volunteered for multiple student initiatives. She consistently strives for personal growth and professional development.
