In 2018, Ben was involved in the sale of ‘Rona’ 2 Ginahgulla Road, which set the suburb record in Bellevue Hill for $58,370,000. He also achieved the record for the highest ever sale in Centennial Park with 44-46 Lang Road selling for $16,500,000 in 2018.

In 2016, Ben negotiated the sale of ‘Windsor Castle’ 72 Windsor Street, for $11,850,000, setting the current record for Paddington. In 2009, he set the standing record for a house sale in Potts Point, ‘Jenner House’ 2 Macleay Street, for $15,000,000.
