Ben Stevenson is a licensed Real Estate and Stock and Station agent in NSW and ACT. With over 26 years’ experience in selling rural, residential property in Australia and abroad. Focussing on building relationships with people to provide a memorable and successful real estate experience. Ben's extensive knowledge base and time spent selling real estate has resulted in record sales in Sydney, waterfront on the Sapphire Coast, Rural and village property surrounding Canberra and Urban residences in the Inner south Canberra.
Ben's passion for rural property started at a very young age growing up on a sheep and cattle property near Delegate, Southern NSW. Now living on a lifestyle farm with his wife Natalie and three children Chloe, Cooper and Charlie.
Prior to Blackshaw Real Estate Manuka. Ben founded EstateRealty which over the past 12 years has built a strong reputation in sales and property management in Bungendore and the Queanbeyan region. In 2023 Ben sold the business and now is lovong being part of a team that supports each other driven by its positive culture. Before founding EstateRealty Ben held a position as National Sales Manager of The Village Building Company. Managing his team of agents to record results for the company, achieving 996 off plan property sales in 18 months. Collaborating between investors, board members, project managers, finance and marketing departments and directly to the CEO. Bens passion and knowledge for the property transaction lead the sales team and grwoth for the Village Building Company.
Before moving to Bungendore in 2009 Ben and his family lived in Scotland. This time abroad galvanised his entrepreneurial spirit when he created Property Solutions. A turnkey corporation that sourced property and project managed renovations in residential and commercial properties. Ben also designed and constructed landscape projects for residential and commercial projects throughout Scotland and England, which later was the catalyst to the completion of his Owner builder license.
In 1998 Ben secured his first role selling real estate for Parnell Partners Estate Agents in Sydney. Bens relationship is still strong with the owners of Parnell Partners and continues to collaborate ideas and market knowledge installing key elements from his foundation skills learnt under the experienced guidance of the company Partners. "I intend to offer the best possible outcome, advising clients of the best marketing and selling methods. Adapting practice to changes in market conditions and listening to the customer’s needs." says Ben.
