Benjamin Howe

As a registered Principal with 20 years’ experience in advertising, hospitality and commercial property, Ben is passionate about re-purposing and activating new spaces, building scale-able innovation led communities and helping businesses grow. As the CEO of CoSpaces, Ben is responsible for the management of Cohort Innovation Space and the historic Old Ambulance Station in Southport. Through the application of design focused principals and strong local engagement, Ben has helped to transform these under-utilised properties into thriving business communities. Ben currently overseas commercial operations which includes scientific labs, coworking desks, private tenancies, event spaces, cafes, and restaurants. In 2018 Ben co-founded Mr P.P.'s Deli & Rooftop Bar, and in 2019 was instrumental in transforming the former site of the Commonwealth Games Athletes Village into an entire new concept for community engagement and innovation.
