Having worked in the Rural Industry for several years Bill has strong connections and insights into the rural community, making him the perfect choice to represent you in your property pursuits.

His high-level negotiation skills and deep understanding of returns and yields on rural properties have allowed him to successfully navigate a career in irrigation & lime sales over the past 20 years.

With proven knowledge and understanding of the rural industry, Bill believes when you are selling a rural property you are not just selling another piece of real estate, you are selling a client's major asset and sometimes for the first time in generations. As a result, this transaction needs to be handled with the utmost professionalism and care which Bill keeps as his primary focus for all his clients.

Bill’s background is in farm management having managed farms for over 18 years in the Southern Region, before moving into the sales industry. You may have met Bill, selling lime or irrigation products in recent years across the Wheatbelt and Great Southern. Bill is based in our Kojonup office, having recently moved to Kojonup.
