Blair is ResortBrokers’ agent in Western Australia, having more than capably represented us in the West since 2019.

Based in Perth, Blair is both a licensed real estate agent and licensed valuer. This powerful combination of skills enables him to deliver incredible results for his clients across the state. Career to date, he has settled 24 transactions of assets with a combined value of $68 million.

Blair’s expertise across all asset classes — including freehold passives, freehold going concerns, leaseholds and management rights — has enabled him to successfully sell properties throughout Western Australia, from Albany to Broome.

In FY25, Blair settled a record 10 transactions, earning him ResortBrokers’ Rising Star award. Of those 10 transactions, four were sales of Quest businesses: the 102-key Quest Midland, 50-key Quest Yelverton Kalgoorlie, 94-key Quest Rockingham and 80-key Quest Innaloo.

Blair gained his Bachelor of Business, majoring in property, at the University of Queensland. He began practising as a licensed property valuer in Far North Queensland where his parents operated caravan parks and management rights holiday apartments.

A chance meeting with a business broker in the early 2000s led to a successful career shift from property valuations into business sales and going concern business valuations.

Blair is widely recognised among WA’s legal fraternity as an expert going concern business valuer for a range of legal and financial matters.

He is also the managing director of two related businesses, Perth Business Valuations and Business Sales (WA), which provide separate yet synergistic services to business owners across Western Australia.
