Blair Macdonald

Blair Macdonald is ResortBrokers’ agent in Western Australia, combining local market knowledge with professional expertise.

Based in Perth, Blair uses his outstanding skills and experience for the benefit of business and property owners across the state’s booming accommodation and hospitality sector.

His notable recent sales in Western Australia include the freehold going concern of luxury resort The Billi in Cable Beach, the management rights to the 35-unit Broome Beach Resort and four Quest franchises: the 94-key Quest Rockingham, 80-key Quest Innaloo, 52-room Quest Bunbury and 90-room Quest Joondalup.

Blair gained his Bachelor of Business, majoring in property, at the University of Queensland. He began practising as a licensed property valuer in Far North Queensland where his parents operated caravan parks and management rights holiday apartments.

A chance meeting with a business broker in the early 2000s led to a successful career shift from property valuations into business sales and going concern business valuations.

Blair is widely recognised among WA’s legal fraternity as an expert going concern business valuer for a range of legal and financial matters.

He is also the managing director of two related businesses, Perth Business Valuations and Business Sales (WA), which provide separate yet synergistic services to business owners across Western Australia.
