After arriving from South Africa , Brian has spent almost 20 years in Commercial Real Estate in a variety of Brisbane’s South Eastern Industrial suburbs.

“ I have spent a considerable amount of time in the Logan area around Meadowbrook, Loganholme and the surrounding industrial areas of Slacks Creek, Underwood and Springwood.” A lot of my business comes from repeat clients and I’m really pleased when people are happy to write testimonials about the relationship we have built up over the years, as thats the way they see me. Its all about the people . My dad always used to say to me “ Always remember your name.” These words have echoed in my mind from the day I entered into this industry and will always be a part of how I deal with clients . Its enjoyable when you deal with people on a regular basis and you produce results for them. Sometimes clients need to bounce an idea off me or get some advice to help them with some aspect of their property portfolio. Its all about being there to provide honest, sound and practical advice when they need it.

I also really enjoy meeting new people and taking on new listings, as it challenges me and gives me the opportunity to help a new client and build a new relationship.
