Brix Cai

In 2005, Brix Cai, on his own with a single backpack, arrived in Australia without knowing where to live for his first night. Within six short years, he completed his Master of Commerce, majoring in Accounting & Commercial Law.

To pursue his long term passion for real estate, Brix chose to study a Diploma of Building & Construction. Within five years, he has built a promising career managing a diverse range of residential home sales, townhouse projects, off-the-plan apartments and large scale land subdivisions.

Brix understands the fundamentals of the real estate transaction from inception to completion. He holds a strong advantage in assisting people from different cultures, in particular, Asian backgrounds, with the help of being fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Brix rose above the highly competitive field of finalists in the 2020 Australasian Real Estate Results Awards (ARERAs) to win 'Agent Achiever of the Year'. In 2022, Brix was awarded the coveted Victorian Agent Of The Year 2022, and merged seamlessly into a Directorship in the Peake Projects Division of the Peake brand. His commitment and results are outstanding and are a true reflection of what he has to offer each and every Peake client.
