As a true local, Bruce was born and bred in Cairns and is part of the well know sporting Holmes family, with roots in this area going back to the 1800’s when Bruce’s great grandfather came to Cairns to be part of the building team on the famous Adelaide Steamship building, which remains today on the corner of Lake and Spence Streets in Cairns City.
A fully licensed Real Estate Agent since 2000, Bruce has specialised in commercial and industrial real estate and he regularly featured in the top 10 agents in Queensland under previous roles. Over the years Bruce has dealt with a wide range of client’s including corporates, government and some amazing individuals, each having helped him to develop the knowledge and professionalism that he brings to every deal.
