Candice relocated to the Burdekin from Toowoomba in 2021, bringing with her a wealth of experience from managerial roles in large companies. Her journey in real estate began as a finance administrator, where she gained a profound understanding of investors' objectives and acquired comprehensive knowledge of our current market dynamics from both sales and property management perspectives.

Driven by a passion for expanding her expertise, Candice seized the opportunity to join the Commercial Leasing team. Starting in an administrative capacity, she quickly progressed to assume the role of Commercial Leasing Manager. In this capacity, Candice honed her skills in commercial real estate, refining her communication and negotiation abilities while diligently staying updated with legislation and adeptly evaluating lease agreements.

Having dedicated three years to the real estate industry, Candice now embarks on a new chapter by transitioning into the role of Sales Agent. Leveraging her extensive property knowledge and deep understanding of industry practices, Candice is well-equipped to assist both buyers and sellers in achieving their property objectives through seamless transactions.
