Candy Boulton

Candy Boulton has been a valuable member of the Elders Grafton team since 2021. Candy began in a Property Management position, managing the leasing and maintenance for our rental portfolio. In 2022, Candy expressed an interest in the Sales process, and in early 2023 joined Benny Holder as a Sales Associate, ready to learn the ropes and immerse herself in the sales world. Since developing her knowledge of the sales process, Candy now handles all buyer enquiries and assists with the negotiation process within team Benny. Candy is a Grafton local and her knowledge of the area and what it has to offer is a tremendous advantage for her to assist those relocating to the area whether it be for work or other commitments, and to help people’s property dreams come true. In addition to her local area knowledge, Candy also brings to Elders a wealth of experience in Customer Service which greatly helps to facilitate customer satisfaction with every encounter.
