Originally from Coffs Harbour, Cara has called Armidale home since 2017. A natural people’s person with vast customer service experience, she’s responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Laing+Simmons Armidale, ensuring our team has all the support it needs to always make our customers our top priority.
Customer service is among her Cara’s core skills. Her experience is diverse but has always been centred on helping people: she has held previous roles as a primary school teacher and as an operations coordinator in the health sector.
Combined with her meticulous attention to detail, advanced organisational skills, strong business acumen and warm, welcoming demeanour, Cara exemplifies the Laing+Simmons Armidale approach.
