With a multi-faceted career background it’s little wonder Chad has worked his way into an equally diverse role at River, involved in both development projects and property sales.
After obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce and working as an accountant, Chad obtained his Master’s in marketing before moving into a business advisory role in the construction sector.
A final shift into the real estate industry proved the perfect pairing for Chad, allowing him to utilise both the analytical and people-focused sides of his personality to achieve outcomes for his clients.
Chad is involved across the sales process, from attending listing appointments to hosting open home and private inspections and guiding potential purchasers to help them secure their new home.
On the flip side of his role Chad takes the lead in creating marketing and sales campaigns for potential development sites, fully finished developments and off-the-plan sales, using his strong business acumen to help facilitate positive outcomes for all involved.
A member of the River team since September 2017, Chad has a down-to-earth, easy-going nature that fits perfectly with the company’s supportive and nurturing culture, where everyone works together to achieve the best outcome.
