About Chris Chartres
Chris Chartres is a Director, Licenced Estate Agent, and shareholder here at Lemon Baxter.
Joining us in 2017 off the back of 15 years in the business, Chris has done it all – strata projects, investments, land sales, and freehold leases.
Chris’s real estate career began with a full real-estate licence from Swinburne University in 2004. Later, he spent ten years at Knight Frank – as the Director of its Victorian City Fringe Industrial team – before making the switch to us.
A market leader and one of the highest-achieving agents in Port Melbourne, Chris jointly runs our Industrial team. He’s also an advisor to the government’s Fishermans Bend Task Force – playing a crucial role in the rollout of its new framework across Port Melbourne.
Chris strives not simply to sell, but to connect; to build long-term relationships with his clients. And he does it well – Chris has forged long-lasting partnerships with owner-occupiers, private investors, and large funds.
In his free time, you’ll find Chris with his wife and two kids. Most likely outside, too – either on the water, or getting his feet dirty doing the annual muster on a cattle station in Queensland.
