Bathurst born and bred, Chris joined Raine & Horne Bathurst in 2001 and has become one the most popular and successful members of the team. With his easy-going nature and down to earth approach, Chris is a highly successful sales consultant, selling an average of 50 properties a year. He is a member of Raine & Horne’s Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club, and has also been admitted to the national Chairman’s Club, an honour extended to the best of the Raine & Horne network.

Before joining Raine & Horne Bathurst, Chris spent eight years selling Harley Davidsons in Bathurst. He retains his passion for motorbikes, and still races dirt track as a keen member of the Woodstock Cowra Motor Cycle Club. His other interests include waterskiing, often on Bathurst’s Ben Chifley Dam, and fishing.

Chris grew up on the land, and with his wife and three children still lives in the original family farmhouse on acreage just outside of Bathurst, where he also runs a few sheep. In this sense, Chris is both a farmer and a real estate agent. This experience has given him a particular insight into, and understanding of, rural property. While he sells properties in town and knows the local urban market very well, Chris’s involvement in the sales of farms and rural acreage now occupies most of his real estate activities.

Selling rural property also calls for a high degree of commitment and persistence, as well as an understanding of the dynamics and economics of farming. Chris brings these qualities, along with integrity and a keen intelligence to his growing focus on rural property at Raine & Horne Bathurst.
