Claire Britton is a Career Property Professional! In her early teens, her father would let her accompany him at Open Inspections where she would give out brochures or just wander the house looking as if she were a part of the procedures. On other occasions she would help him at his office, making-up brochures or anything else he would trust her to do. Later of course, her first job was in Real Estate Administration. She was very enthusiastic and she knew more than those much older than herself, about property. Eventually there came a time when she planned her career with more care and thought for the future. She chose to learn a lot more about Commercial Property.

Claire was fortunate to be employed by a man who owns a wide variety of property. High-rise Office Buildings, Shopping Centres and other property being held for long term strategic development. Leasing, managing and generally being involved in every aspect of Commercial Property except selling it… and so Claire left, to again be involved in selling property, to people who dream of investing and building bigger portfolios.

When Claire joined Lin Andrews Real Estate she brought an amazing breadth of experience and the family stability of a gorgeous little girl and a husband who adored them both. Claire has been with us for a while now, selling and leasing commercial property and keeping a very watchful eye over the administration matters which are cared-for by her peers.
