About Clark Watson
After moving from Melbourne to West Wodonga in the eighties I was initially shocked by how rural the town was and when I realised my days playing in the waves of port Phillip bay were over I begged my parents to move back, this phase soon passed and It wasn’t long until I fell for the beauty of the countryside and embraced all that the twin cities had to offer. My days were then spent largely in the bush playing with friends on fox and hunchback hill, The tree change was the best decision my family could have made and I had a childhood that city kids could only dream of.
30 years on I now live on the other side of the river in Albury with my young family and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. I now find myself proudly singing the praises of Albury Wodonga to outside investors and family’s considering a move from all over the country as I really can’t think of a better place to invest or raise children. We have terrific schools, fantastic sporting opportunities, music and the arts are well supported and medical facilities to rival the capital cities. It’s been my pleasure to see both towns grow and play some small part in local development and I look forward to doing so well into the future.
