Courtney Sullivan

Courtney is the Owner/Operator and Principal Agent at Mountain Creek Property Management.

Born and raised in Mt Beauty, Courtney is a Licenced Estate Agent with a Certificate IV in Property Services and is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.

After spending close to a decade managing large, diverse rental portfolios in both Brisbane and Melbourne, Courtney returned home to the Valley in 2019 to combine her passion for property and love of the local area to create a five star real estate agency (just check the Google reviews!). You can rest assured knowing that your biggest investment is in safe and capable hands.

Courtney prides herself on a non-traditional approach to real estate - being honest, transparent and friendly as opposed to the stereotypical slimy agent who cold calls you during Sunday dinner!

Courtney lives & breathes real estate, and enjoys renovating & interior decorating in her spare time, as well as travelling near and far to enjoy fine wine and food (and to check out the real estate!)
