Craig Clark

Prior to establishing CRE Brokers QLD / NSW division

Craig Clark held the position of the highest performing broker of Caravan Parks, Motels and Management Rights sales in a previous renowned Australian Brokerage company. Craig has over 10 years of experience in the Accommodation Brokerage Sector. Initially from having owned, operated and developing an accommodation business in 1998 along with his wife Sonya. This vast experience has provided Craig with a wealth of knowledge in and about the industry.

Interests and Achievements

Prior to entering the accommodation industry, Craig and his family owned a productive farming operation in the NSW Riverina area. During this time Craig acquired a commercial pilot’s licence and supplemented the farming operation as a charter pilot. Craig and Sonya also established an aerial photography business where they covered most of the eastern states of Australia, filming mainly farms and accommodation businesses.

In 1998 they purchased a beachside Caravan Park on the Mid North Coast of NSW. Craig then personally developed the site into a multi-award winning 4.5-star resort, incorporating 75 luxury beach houses, state of the art conference facilities, restaurant and bar. During this time they promoted and marketed ‘off the plan’ sales. Craig and Sonya structured a Management Rights business over the resort and sold their management rights business in 2006 to the largest resort management company in Australasia. As a previous owner-operator, Craig has first-hand experience in this sector of the industry.
