Born and raised in the heart of Victoria’s North-West, Damian purchased his first home at the age of 21. After an accomplished period as a Home Loan Manager he made the progression into Real Estate Sales in 2011 and has never looked back.

Damian’s passion and commitment means that he has received praise from his peers and industry bodies for the work that he has done. As a Home Loan Manager, Damian was the top performing individual for the total number of loans settled. As a Real Estate Agent, Damian has been awarded outstanding accolades the most recent being the 2021 & 2019 REB Regional Agent Of The Year Australia, 2019 REIV Operational Leader Of The Year, 2019 RayWhite No.1 Top Regional Performer, 2022, 2021 & 2019 RateMyAgent Agent Of The Year to name a few.

From an early age Damian has been a high achiever, playing piano since age six and being awarded with a scholarship to study audio production in Melbourne. Damian continues to enjoy the musical art and has been known on occasion to perform for clients.

Damian strongly believes that high achievers can only go so far without needing a helping hand, Executive Assistant Rachel Wilson is by his side to help ensure a smooth, all-inclusive service which exceeds all expectations while Katrina Wootton as his Sales Specialist specializes in managing the teams extensive database and enhancing the teams customer experience.
