Daniel Clyde-Smith

Born and raised in Armidale, off to Sydney, then to remote Western Australia and back again – with a few extra stops in between: Daniel Clyde-Smith’s path to a real estate career was the road less travelled. But Armidale was “always home” and there’s no bigger advocate for the area.

Local knowledge helps when it comes to presenting his customers’ properties in the best possible light. Daniel knows the streets, the hidden pockets, the natural highlights of Armidale and more, and he knows how to communicate these to a growing buyer pool.

As manager of Myer in the heart of Sydney’s Bondi Junction, one of Australia’s busiest retail stores, Daniel’s customer service skills are second to none. As an employment services expert supporting large scale infrastructure projects in Western Australia, his negotiation skills are well-advanced.

As current co-coach of the South Armidale FC seniors, he understands the importance of teamwork and working together with his customers toward a common goal. And he still loves to pull the boots on himself.

There are many different experiences, skills and techniques Daniel can leverage when working with a customer to sell their most valuable asset. However it’s the personable, helpful way he approaches a challenge that customers typically value most. Nothing is ever too much to ask.
