Daniel spent his first 20 years growing up in the South-East Queensland region and although his career has taken him interstate and abroad, his heart still belongs to this magic part of Australia. With a working career now exceeding 20 years Daniel has built a broad knowledge across sales, negotiation and general management. In this time Daniel has worked with multiple companies internationally and here domestically including Woolworths, Coca-Cola, Kellogg's & PepsiCo.

This career has enabled exposure to multiple operating models, business channels and ultimately and wide and diverse amount of demanding and successful customers, suppliers, and co-workers. In recent times, Daniel held the position of General Manager of PepsiCo NZ/South Pacific and was responsible for a team of more than 330. This experience provided a wealth of knowledge and really developed some incredible life skills.

Daniel now finds himself residing on the Sunshine Coast which enabled a successful career opportunity for his wife Josephine and a chance to reconnect in with family after so much time abroad. The timing was also perfect with his two girls now entering school age. This move also lands Daniel back within an area where the extended Engeman family owns and operates a number of successful businesses enabling a wealth of local experience to be utilised.

Working with his father under ‘Engeman | @realty’ across the Sunshine Coast hinterland and the greater Gympie area allows individuals to partner with a high-quality property service.
