Award winning Agent Daniel Mendes attributes his ongoing success to a strong background in heavily-based customer service industries prior to commencing his real estate career. As a former Cotton Tree Restauranteur, combined with corporate management experience with the Sheraton Mirage and Sydney Olympics and running his own independent real estate franchise; Daniel is the consummate professional.

Daniel has 15 years experience in real estate, and since joining Amber Werchon Property as a conjuncting agent in July 2014, he has consistently been an exceptional performer. A significant portion of his business now comes from referrals or repeat custom from former clients; a testament to his professionalism and track record.
