Daniel with his warm and welcoming nature also brings with him an energetic and hard-working demeanour.

Daniel has been in the Real Estate industry since 2002 and is the son of Principle and Founder of Wiseberry Acclaim Group, Oscar Montes de Oca who started in Real Estate in 1978.

Daniel works alongside his siblings in the successful family run business over two office locations.

Having co-managed the Prestons office for many years, Daniel is now leading the growth and expansion of Real Estate Sales in Picton, as Director and Licensee of the Wiseberry office, where his determined and optimistic disposition is a driving force.

Although caring and polite Daniel has a huge skill-set offering a great asset to all his clients and co-workers.

With a courageous attitude and being very goal orientated, Daniel takes on all tasks with great enthusiasm, to see the best outcomes achieved for all involved in his business dealings.

Daniel has strong ethics and can be quite reflective and humble about his achievements however, to lighten the load be prepared to have a laugh with Daniel along the way with his creative and fun loving nature.
