Dave began his Real Estate career in 1991, completed his Diploma of Real Estate Practice in 1995 and soon after was a finalist in the REIV Auctioneers competition that same year.
Recognising Dave’s passion for the Auction, he was approached by the Ray White Group to become their Chief Auctioneer and one of their Trainers. Dave held this position until 1999.
Dave took on many challenging roles, including being Director for Delfin Lend Lease’s Realty Operations throughout Queensland, owning and operating his own LJ Hooker business, become a national regional trainer for the First National Group and then a move back into the Property developer’s arena becoming the Qld State Sales Manager for Devine Ltd.
After returning to the area and now being back in the family business for a number of years, Dave has proven himself to be a stand out in the local market, being recognised in the top 10 salespeople in the Obrien Network.
