We help them with the site acquisition and the design of buildings.” When a new project is ready to go to market, he and his team have developed all the necessary tools in-house such as the computer generated renders, marketing floor plans, website creation and all the additional marketing collateral to make it look outstanding when they take it to market. They also tailor the marketing plan for each site.
