When it comes to Real Estate, David is 'the Dean' of the business with over 45 years experience in the industry.
David started out his career with LJ Hooker Toronto in the early 80's. Shortly after finishing his studies David acquired equity in the business in 1984.
Since divesting his share in the business, David remains with LJ Hooker as a Senior Sales Executive and is now able to devote his time and expertise to his clients, many of which have been with him since he started out in the industry.
David's wealth of knowledge and experience in both residential and commercial/industrial real estate is what makes him an intrinsic part of the team.
David in recent years has added Project Marketing to his portfolio, managing the marketing and sales of several large local developments.
Receiving many industry accolades over the years David has been awarded a lifetime membership into The Captains Club (LJ Hooker's national elite sales team - top 5%) as well as regular inclusion in the Multi Million Dollar Chapter of The Captains Club - the pinnacle of sales awards within the LJ Hooker community.
