Dean Shay has been with LJ Hooker Ballina since 2003. Previous to this he was a Town Planner on the Sunshine Coast and in London.

Dean believes a professional and knowledgeable approach is imperative to achieving the best results for his clients. Locally born and bred Dean loves the team environment of LJ Hooker Ballina where first class service for their clients is a non-negotiable.

Dean is the Sales and Leasing Manager at LJ Hooker Ballina and deals with all facets of real estate from marketing and selling shopping centres to selling a two bedroom unit.

Community Involvement

Dean is part of the Tintenbar-East Ballina Soccer Club and the Lennox Head Golden Oldies Rugby Club. He is also involved in the Tintenbar-East Ballina Cricket Club and other clubs in the local community.
