Deborah Chapman

Debbie grew up in Gilgandra, attended the local high school, married, started a family and worked here until moving away in 2012. She has family linked to the area for generations.

After nearly 10 years in the Northern Rivers, Debbie and her family returned home and is pleased to now be a part of the team at Beyond Twenty One Real Estate.

While away from home, Debbie had the pleasure of establishing a rent roll in an agency that had previously only been sales, building the business from the ground up to a sizable portfolio. As a Senior Property Manager of an established agency where she managed residential and industrial properties, assisted with commercial management and managed a team of staff in the Property Management department. With a background in Hospitality, Retail, Law, Conveyancing, Property Valuation, Local Government and Services NSW she brings a broad range of experiences to the table.
