Don was closely involved in the evolution Melbourne’s CBD from a cold commercial environment into a vibrant residential hub. From the mid-90s into the early new millennium, Don sold and managed off-the-plan sales for major developments such as Eureka Tower, QV, Hero, Temple Court and Docklands. His expertise grew alongside this exciting market, making him a knowledgeable and agile property specialist with rare insight. In addition to his hands-on experience, he holds a Certificate IV Real Estate from RMIT and REIV membership.

Don has always had a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving exceptional results for his clients. He also places key focus on facilitating the growth of his team members to continually enhance real estate transactions.

Culminating his diverse market experience and excellence-driven service approach, Don founded Galldon Real Estate in 2003. He is involved in the day-to-day management of the agency while being a mentor to his team. Don is a proud dad of three and a keen gardener. He enjoys watching AFL as well as cheering on his children in their sporting pursuits. Don keeps fit himself with bike-riding and gym sessions.
