In January 2006, Doukas kicked off his career in real estate with one of Dandenong’s leading Industrial & Commercial agencies, as a cadet in property management. After a successful year in Property Management, in 2007 Doukas was invited to join the Sales Team. This is where Doukas found his calling!

A natural at connecting with people, Doukas swiftly developed loyal relationships with many landlords, vendors and tenants whilst also gaining respect and support of local property developers and builders. Dandenong became Doukas’ backyard, as his drive to make himself known and prove his dedication propelled him into success, he inevitably became known as a leading agent in Dandenong.
