Fergus Nutt’s extensive knowledge and experience is grounded in more than 40 years in real estate. Fergus joined the family business in 1984 and continues to uphold the highest bar professionally; he expects nothing less of his team. These days he enjoys working alongside business partner, Trent Cameron.

Fergus is a determined and motivating leader. Under his guidance, he has steered Warlimont & Nutt to attain the highest levels of client service and outstanding results, while remaining firmly grounded in the local community. His easy rapport and likeable nature are reflected in his sense of fairness, team strength and genuine empathy for others.

Fergus attributes success to “having good people around him” however his own professional endeavours have helped hundreds of people in and around Mount Martha achieve their real estate dreams.
