About Frank Miles
Frank has been an Esperance resident since 1975 where he started in the wool industry as wool classer in the pastoral and Esperance regions. He joined Wesfarmers as the regional wool representative in 1988 where he established many long-term relationships with local graziers and the farming community. In 1994, Frank completed his real estate sale licence and teamed up with Terry Haddleton on the Wesfarmers real estate team which included the dual role of wool representative and local area real estate consultant.
In 2002, Frank moved into the real estate role on a full-time basis covering the Goldfields, Esperance and south coastal areas where he established himself as a trusted property adviser to many farmers in those districts.
After many years with the Wesfarmers Group, Frank decided to move to Primaries in 2008 as their Esperance representative where he continued his long relationship with the farming communities in the region.
Frank recently joined the Ray White Rural WA team and is looking forward to continuing his very successful career with the Ray White brand behind him. “Ray White is a large national brand with a great name in real estate and livestock sales right across Australia, they are owned and run by an Australian family with a long history in Australian agriculture” Frank said.
Ray White Rural WA Director Rob Chittick said “We are very pleased to have someone of Franks calibre join our team, I have worked with Frank in the past back in our Wesfarmers days and he has always shown a direct and honest approach to the real estate business and his clients” “Esperance is a very important area for our firm and whilst co-director Steve Vaughan, Terry Haddleton and I have been involved in many transactions in and around the Esperance region and we see it as an imperative to have local representation''. Frank is an ideal fit for our business he has had a long successful career, he understands the needs of the local farming community and he is a trusted adviser to many of the successful operators in the region”.
