Garth Hunter

Garth Hunter is a 4th generation real estate agent serving the Central Coast and is extremely proud of his family connection to the local community. He is co-Principal with his brother Brett managing the Central Coast team. Individually Garth has been recognised as one of the leading sales agents. The team have won many industry awards for their results in Sales, auctions, and holiday management. Garth currently holds many local real estate records including the highest sale prices for beachfronts, acreages, apartments and blocks of land.

Garth is a highly motivated individual with a passion for 5-star customer service and an incredibly strong work ethic. He prides himself on always working in the best interests of his clients and most importantly loves what he does. He operates in a highly successful team with his colleagues James & Raquel who assist with every step of the sales cycle.

Garth lives in Avoca Beach with his wife Susie and 3 children, Cooper, Esther and Jasper. He loves swimming, early morning ski paddles, playing golf and involving himself in all his kids activities.
