About Grant Giordano
Having first started out in the hospitality industry in the United States Grant developed a keen ability to assess the needs of his clients and deliver unparalleled customer service, often going far beyond his job description to ensure most desirable results for those he serviced. Before embarking on a career in property, he taught Philosophy and Behavioural Economics in South Korea to 12th year students matriculating into foreign universities. In his spare time, he prepared Korean businessmen for American job interviews and M.B.A programs.
It was during this period that he developed a strong interest in property as a fixed commodity with an increasing demand. Moreover, he noted that in this field he was able to combine his attention to customer service results with an analytical view of a person’s most valuable asset to find a career that suited both his interests and his talents.
After his time in South Korea, he entered into real estate in the very competitive Virginia Beach market in the U.S.A. where he completed his first transaction. In addition, after nearly a year in leasing and property management in Washington D.C he made the move to Australia to apply what he’d learned to the exclusive Toorak area. After working in Melbourne Sotheby’s Toorak office for a year and a half, and generating well over $50 million of total sales volume, Grant expanded the Sotheby's premier real estate agency in the South Australia market before forming Giordano & Partners.
Grant is currently regarded as one of Adelaide's, and Australia's, leading agents having been nominated by The Australian as one of Australia's 'Super Agents' in 2019.
