About Hans Fan 范安乐

Hans Fan joined our team in August 2022, as a Commercial Leasing Executive.

After gaining a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Politics and International Relations) from the University of Melbourne, Hans fell into the wide, wild world of real estate.

Over eight years, Hans built his reputation across the residential leasing, sales, and commercial property management spaces. Making him well-placed to understand, and empathise with, the challenges of both landlords and tenants.

An expert communicator, negotiator and relationship builder, Hans cites his ability to listen as his greatest skill.

As for what motivates him, Hans still gets a thrill out of closing a deal. But really, it’s matching tenants with the right property – being able to help others and add real, meaningful value – that drives him.

When he’s not building his career, you’ll find Hans building his body: running, working out, and enjoying the great outdoors. Or seizing every opportunity to learn new skills whenever he can.
