On the 27th January 2026, Heath is personally entering his 31st year in Real Estate in the city. Years of dedication and training have seen Heath consistently sits as Cessnock’s number one agent year after year. In 2019 and 2020 Baird Real Estate was awarded ‘Agency of the Year’ for Cessnock by an independent ratings source.

Heath currently holds the Cessnock LGA record and has consistently broken Cessnock’s Residential records numerous times . His residential and street records are too many to count!

In 2024, an industrial garage Heath designed was warded NSW Shed of the Year by Stramit.

Heath leads a team of 10 individuals and plays a strong role in property management, commercial sales and leasing passing on his extensive knowledge to all involved at the agency.

Apart from success in real estate, Heath has designed and constructed two buildings in 2009 and 2013 which both received Master Building and House Industry Association Awards for Design and Construction.
