Growing up in and around the industry, there was never any doubt that Heath Belt would make real estate his home. As a third-generation real estate professional, Heath’s future was virtually predestined, so it’s no surprise that he is following in the footsteps of a grandfather who led the way in the growing outer southern suburbs, and parents who are leading agents in the Buxton group.
Grounded by this lived experience, informed by his own real estate qualifications, and being immersed in the Buxton network, Heath’s service is based on a unique experience of the industry. Brought up to understand the importance of working with his client’s biggest investments and greatest transitions, Heath has an innate understanding of the relationship between agent and client. To him, clear communication, measured decision-making, and supportive client service are simply second nature.
But of all the values that Heath has absorbed as part of a real estate family, it’s the inexhaustible everyday work ethic that he values most highly. From listening in on real-estate talk at breakfast, to a weekly round of open-for-inspections, Heath has experienced the pace, commitment and integrity that is intrinsic to achieving beyond-expectation results.
Residing in close proximity to the bay throughout his life and dedicating a substantial portion of his leisure time to aquatic pursuits, Heath boasts an innate fondness for beachside suburbs. This genuine affinity equips him with a comprehensive understanding of the factors motivating his clients' decisions to reside, invest, purchase, properties within these locales.
