About Heather Locks
After 20 years of living in Maryborough and on the Fraser Coast, this must surely make me (almost!) a local. I have now decided to step out from ‘behind the scenes’ and help bring a new focus on real estate with twenty20 Realty, working with my long time colleagues Mandy Ryan and Julie Penola. I have enjoyed almost half of my real estate life working from the Stuparts Building in Kent Street. This building has become my second home and will continue to be so, with our new office being located at the Kent Street entry to the Stuparts Arcade.
My career began in Gladstone, Tannum Sands and Boyne Island in 1982 before I moved to Maryborough in 1999. This gives me almost 38 years in the industry across all aspects of real estate, with my main interest being commercial sales and leasing. Many of my past clients have become good friends and I look forward to welcoming new business to twenty20 Realty, growing existing friendships and forging new ones.
I have a real passion for helping to transform the Maryborough CBD back into a busy, thriving community hub, full of specialty shops that we can all enjoy. If you're looking to sell or lease a commercial premises, give me a call!
