James Matina joined the Lemon Baxter team in January 2020 as an Industrial/Commercial Sales & Leasing Executive, after six years in the residential sector – where he progressed from cadet to director.
Diligent and voracious, James provides first-class service with every step of the property journey.
He knows that often it’s the small, unique details that lead to the biggest results. James tirelessly aids his clients in preparing their sales and leasing campaigns. And provides detailed, insightful advice based on each individual situation – not his personal motivation.
James’s is always thinking outside the box. His campaigns are tailored to the client’s needs, and unique – never simply mimicking what everyone else is doing.
Known for his proactivity, professionalism, and sense of humour, James works tirelessly to support his clients. Be it through personal, friendly customer service, his knack for negotiation, or his marketing approach.
James has established an impressive track record, too: recently selling several large off-market development sites, investment sales and business parks.
But day to day, James’s ultimate goal remains a humble one: to grow with the team, and watch everyone around him succeed.
Away from his desk, James participates in group training every morning. (Well, not on the weekends… that’s brunch time!)
