Janice has extensive experience in property management in assisting and overseeing the property management of over 200 properties for a varied owner portfolio working with overseas, local and interstate investors. With a legal background of over 16 years Janice has knowledge and the ability to navigate our owners and tenants through relevant property management legislation and with this extensive background, Janice has gained a solid foothold in property management by using her experience and wealth of knowledge to support our property management team. Janice specialises in areas that Janice has lived in for the duration of her life and this knowledge of the local market gives her insight into the area and the value of rentals her clients expect.
