Jay’s interest in Real Estate started when he purchased his first property at just nineteen years of age. Focused, determined, and hardworking, he later added rental investments to his portfolio which he says were some of the best and worst decisions he ever made.

Years later, when he was running his own successful Finance Broking business, the market crashed and he lost everything. Through adversity comes strength; one thing that wasn't lost was his mindset, optimism and strength of character. Driven to rebuild, he saw it as an opportunity to enter an industry he always loved.

Jay began his real estate career working alongside some of the industry's most respected agents, dealing in high-end properties in Perth’s most elite suburbs. Acknowledged by the industry, (REIWA Auction Results Award Feb 21) and setting new price benchmarks for some of the properties he sold, he strives to be the best he can in business and in life.
